As part of the decentralised model I will be running for the 2025 Mayoralty for the Westland district council. My policies are included in my vision for the west coast.
The Constitution is the key document that will enable the people of the Westland district to enact the policies set out in my vision statement, the constitution articles describe the rights of veto of council made votes or decisions, binding referendums where one signature is one vote, recall for all elected officials who refuse to perform their duties, voting thresholds are stipulated and as well as how amendments to the constitution itself can occur.
This Constitutional document borrows authority from the people, it does not give authority to the people.
